Cross Border Program
Trucking companies that exclusively transport cargo back and forth between the USA and Mexico and staying within the 50-mile trade zone.
NAFTA Trucking Program
Trucking companies that exclusively transport cargo originating from Mexico and transported within the United States and cargo transportation from the United States with a final destination in Mexico. Trucking companies can be based in Mexico or the United States and use Mexican CDL drivers and/or domestic CDL drivers.
